Need to transact through a framework? Galtec can deliver.
Galtec are committed to be able to service our customers through whichever supply route has been determined as best for your organisation, and to that end have successfully won positions on some of the key UK framework agreements.
Below are a selection of the frameworks within which we operate, but if there are any others that are of interest please let us know, and we can explore the best way to help service your procurement needs.
Crown Commercial Service, Technology Products 2 (RM3733)
Technology Products 2 (RM3733) offers a large array of public sector customers a flexible and compliant route to market for all their commodity technology product needs. Whether it is a single cable or an entire corporate infrastructure, TP2 aims to be the agreement of choice for the whole of the public sector.
The agreement is the result of unprecedented levels of pre-market engagement with customers and suppliers. By listening to their feedback, they have designed a scope and structure which meets the needs of their buyers and suppliers.
Crescent Purchasing Consortium for Further Education
The CPC was created in 2000 as an arm of the purchasing team at The University of Salford. The consortium was developed to fill a gap in the provision of reliable and best-value frameworks for the FE sector. Our services proved to be so useful that the FE sector bought the company in 2009, at which point they attained charitable status.
They now operate as a not-for-profit organisation, meaning that any surpluses generated are invested back into member support and wider services. All of the income generated from CPC's activities stays within the FE and Academy sectors, and is used to sustain and expand the range of contracts for goods and services that they provide, and to support training initiatives.
The CPC runs under a Board comprising four college Finance Directors, the Chair of the FE Directors of Finance Group, Peter Brewer (Managing Director of CPC), a representative from the Association of Colleges, three members of the FE Procurement Advisory Group and a College Principal.
Crown Commercial Service, G-Cloud 9 (RM1557ix)
This Framework Agreement is for use by UK Public Sector bodies which allows them to choose and purchase cloud computing services covering infrastructure, platform, software and specialist cloud services. The framework is for commodity based, pay-as-you go cloud services across three lots, cloud hosting, cloud software, and cloud support.
Any Call Off Contract placed will have a maximum initial duration of 24 months, with two extensions allowed, each of up to 12 months.
Galtec are proud to be able to deliver propositions across the spectrum of these framework agreements, so please contact your Account Manager for details.
