Amy Cooke
Chief Financial Officer
Since joining Galtec in 2006, I’ve progressed from Finance Assistant to Finance Manager, and in 2017 was elevated to the position of Chief Financial Officer. Alongside heading the Finance Department and overseeing the commercial interests of the company, I am the Company Secretary and also responsible for HR and the retention of our ISO 9001 & 14001 accreditations.

I lead the strategy to drive growth, innovation, and service excellence across our managed services and sales operations.
Since the start of my Galtec journey in 2011, I’ve had the privilege to evolve from an MSP Sales role, to hands-on technical leadership and now executive oversight, shaping the company’s trajectory through a blend of technical, commercial, and people-first leadership.
I oversee all aspects of our MSP and reseller sales activities, aligning go-to-market (GTM) strategies with business objectives for scalable, customer-centric service delivery. The COO role bridges the gap between vision and execution — from defining service portfolios and pricing models to leading cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and service delivery.

Since starting at Galtec Solutions as an Account Manager, I have grown enterprise business across a number of key accounts, earning the position of Sales Director.
With over a decade of experience of Supply Chain Management, I am best placed to support the sales team in sourcing high value, fast delivery goods, backed by industry best practice services.

Technical Director
With over 10 years’ experience in various IT Support, Technical and Management roles , my role here at Galtec is to ensure we meet the all the IT requirements of the Customer.
My team are primarily focussed upon Support, Projects, Implementation and assisting the sales team with any technical or configuration queries for our customers.
Craig Young
Sales Manager
I have recently joined Galtec as sales manager after 6 years in the IT industry, combining a diploma in IT system and support with a strong background in sales and industry contacts, it is my job to ensure that me or my team find you the best possible solution for your IT problems at the best possible price.
When I am not in the office, you will find me in the gym teaching and training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu or just at home making sure my puppy doesn’t eat the sofa, again!
Lewis Dockerty
Purchasing Manager
I started my journey at Galtec at 17 years old as an apprentice. In the 8 years that followed I have strived to ensure end users receive the best service possible on deliveries. Now as I move into management, I will continue to provide great service and use my strong relationships within the industry to ensure the smooth transaction of sales, including overseeing all purchasing for the business, both in terms of internal and for our customers.
In my spare time, I am an avid Leeds United fan, having being a season ticket holder for over 20 years.
